Terms of Service

1. About Avant Garden Publisher
Avant Garden Publisher is an internal operational tool developed for exclusive use by authorized Avant Garden team members. It is not a public service or a commercial product offered to third parties.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to individuals expressly authorized by Avant Garden. Each user receives individual credentials. Sharing credentials, accessing the service for unauthorized purposes, or using the tool to publish content that has not been editorially approved is not permitted.
3. Account security
Users must use their assigned access responsibly. If a user believes their credentials have been compromised, they should notify an administrator immediately.
4. Connected accounts
Social platform connections (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) are made through official OAuth with explicit authorization from the person responsible for each account. The user connecting an account represents that they have the authority to do so.
5. Content responsibility
Avant Garden is responsible for content published through the Publisher. Content must comply with the terms of service of each destination platform and with applicable laws.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube is subject to each platform's terms, policies, and availability. Avant Garden Publisher cannot guarantee successful publication if the destination platform rejects, delays, or modifies the content. Provider APIs and features may change, become unavailable, or require additional approval.
7. Service availability
Avant Garden Publisher is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond the team's control.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use Avant Garden Publisher to: publish illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; impersonate individuals or entities; distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited content; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; reverse-engineer or extract data in an automated manner; or circumvent third-party platform policies.
9. Intellectual property
Avant Garden Publisher, its design, code, and brand are the property of Avant Garden. Content published through the tool belongs to Avant Garden or its respective rights holders.

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.
